PAYMENT
Purchasing online from the Republic of Ireland
Payment can be made securely through Paypal. This gives our customers the protection and confidence to allow them to shop online with Ard na Speire.
You do not need a Paypal account in order to make payment. Paypal accepts all major credit cards, debit cards and paypal.
Purchasing by telephone or email from the Republic of Ireland
Alternatively, if you are unable to make payment online via Paypal using a credit or debit card, then we can accept your payment directly into our bank account. Simply call us on 086 7336641 and place your order with us. We will calculate the total cost of your order and provide you with payment instructions and an invoice if required. Once your payment has been received, we will post your items to you.
Purchasing from outside of the Republic of Ireland
Unfortunately, our online shop is not set up at this time to facilitate orders from outside of the Republic of Ireland. If you would like to place an order with us and you do not live in the Republic of Ireland then we can take your order either over the telephone or by email and payment can be made using Paypal.
DELIVERY
Shipping charges are added to all orders at the checkout stage of ordering. All orders within Ireland are delivered using the An Post service. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery.
RETURNS
If you wish to return an item to us, you must do so within 7 days of receiving the item.
You can return the item for a full refund (excluding the postage charge) or exchange it.
If you are returning the item because of on error on our part or if the item arrived damaged, then we will offer a full refund including postal charges or exchange the item for another free of charge.
Please ensure that the returned item is packaged correctly to ensure that it reaches us in good condition and please ask the post office for a proof of postage.
Please note that you the customer is responsible for all incurred postage costs when returning items.
